Understanding pricing and payments
aiventify helps you compare vendor pricing clearly, but the first version focuses on discovery and request management rather than full payment processing.
How pricing is shown
Vendor profiles can show a pricing range, package prices, or a request-first pricing model. Some vendors are comfortable publishing clear package pricing, while others need event details before quoting accurately.
If you see a broad range, that usually reflects different levels of service, event duration, or travel requirements.
- Package pricing is best for quick comparison
- Price ranges give a rough planning guide
- Custom quotes are normal for more complex events
What to ask before committing
Before you treat a quote as final, make sure you understand exactly what is included. Different vendors may price travel, lighting, MC services, setup time, or overtime differently.
- Ask what the package includes
- Check whether travel is included
- Confirm overtime or add-on pricing
- Review deposit and cancellation terms directly with the vendor
Payment flow in the first version
The current aiventify experience is built around discovery, inquiries, and planning control. Full in-platform payment handling can be added later, but right now the important step is getting a clear, confirmed quote from the vendor.
Treat aiventify as the place where you compare options and manage communication, then follow the vendor's confirmed payment terms once you decide to proceed.
